*$370 per day; 3-day minimum
*$2300 per week;1-week minimum June 15 to Sept.15.

SPECIAL OCCASIONS AND WEDDING PARTIES
*$1200 for major events (i.e. wedding)
*$ 500  for small events (i.e. birthday)

SECURITY DEPOSIT
*$650 per weekend
*$800 per 4 days
*$1200 for one week or special occasion

CLEANING FEE
*$75 for 4 days
*$100 for 5-7 days or special occasion

 RESERVATIONS
*Phone reservations held for 5 days
*Rental confirmed at receipt of completed contract and security deposit.
